Scotty was great. Great attitude. Very respectful and professional. Wore boot covers to keep carpet clean and put down tarp to further keep area clean. They took our frustrating situation and made it good in very little time. He even had to crawl under the house( not much room under there) to preform the repair and still did it with enthusiasm and expertise. You could tell he knew what he was doing.
