On 11-08-19, we were experiencing issues with our two toilets. I called CMS and they said a plumber would come out between 2-3 pm. A young man named Sam showed up at approximately 2:20 pm, and I explained the issues. He put on surgical booties before entering our home and both jobs were complete in about 20 mins! He was extremely professional, left no mess and was done fast! I wish all service appointments went like this, thanks CMS!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I so appreciated that they thoughtfully diagnosed the problem and with minimum repair work to my ceiling they cut out the sheet rock, identified where the problem was and promptly repaired the pipe.
