On 11-08-19, we were experiencing issues with our two toilets. I called CMS and they said a plumber would come out between 2-3 pm. A young man named Sam showed up at approximately 2:20 pm, and I explained the issues. He put on surgical booties before entering our home and both jobs were complete in about 20 mins! He was extremely professional, left no mess and was done fast! I wish all service appointments went like this, thanks CMS!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

All in all, a super job. I have had no issues since his visit. CMS is very responsive and efficient. When I called they sent someone out immediately. Kudos to Sam and the CMS team for great service.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

CMS Plumbing was a pleasure to work with. From my first phone contact professional and accommodating, the office called me to inform me of a cancellation and would I want them to come out that day or keep my original appointment for the following day. CMS Plumber Sam arrived and after a brief introduction asked focused questions and crawled under the house to assess and diagnose the problem. I have a house that was built 80 years ago so the issues are sometimes complicated. Sam fully explained what needed to be done with a bathtub drain, gave me an estimate and promptly got to it, working diligently. The fairness of the estimate, Sam's professionalism, his knowledge & diligence, skills & communication, as well as the quality of parts used will all have me as a repeat customer should the need arise again.
