We are so grateful that Sam was able to come out and fix the water pressure to the appliances in our home. He and Mark were able to pinpoint the problem and Sam fixed it the same day! CMS worked with us to find a time for someone to come fix our toilet on a holiday weekend after our 3 year old flushed a family size box of q tips. Sam removed the blockage quickly and offered to repair a part on the toilet that wasn't working well any more. He had to go pick up the part and came back immediately.
