On 11-08-19, we were experiencing issues with our two toilets. I called CMS and they said a plumber would come out between 2-3 pm. A young man named Sam showed up at approximately 2:20 pm, and I explained the issues. He put on surgical booties before entering our home and both jobs were complete in about 20 mins! CMS worked with us to find a time for someone to come fix our toilet on a holiday weekend after our 3 year old flushed a family size box of q tips. Sam removed the blockage quickly and offered to repair a part on the toilet that wasn't working well any more. He had to go pick up the part and came back immediately.
